Keith Freeman and Robin Lloyd established their business in Sandgate in 1968, moving to their present attractive Regency premises in 1974.

We have in this time developed a reputation as one of the leading antique dealers in the South East of England, being recognised particularly for our stock of high quality 18th to early 19th century English furniture.

We are members of the Association of Art and Antique Dealers (LAPADA www.lapada.co.uk) and the Confederation Internationale des Negociants des Oeuvres d'Art (CINOA www.cinoa.org).

Our carefully chosen stock consists in the main of period English furniture, although we always have on offer some Continental pieces and other associated items such as pictures, clocks, mirrors, bronzes etc; Mostly pre 1830 and of the same high standard.

Although items from this period are exceedingly hard to find we make no compromises and continue to search for pieces having originality, style and above all, good patination. We believe that these attributes can only be fully appreciated by handling the items. Therefore we show here only a small representative selection of our current stock which we hope will encourage you to contact us regarding any items you may be searching for.

If you are unable to visit our shop we are often able to arrange for pieces to be seen in situ.
